Yacht Engineering

The goal of yacht engineering is to make sound construction designs which are efficient to build. The construction design is the start of a detailed engineering phase. This is primarily about the strength and stiffness of the vessel.

The final phase is the certification by a Classification Society of your own choice, for example Lloyds Register of Shipping (LRS), Germaniscer Lloyd (GL), America Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Det Norske Veritas (DNV), RINA, or any other.
